To Add the Time and Date to the Schedule Preview

In the Animation Producer dialog, select the tasks you want to preview.
Open the Animation Preview dialog and click the General Settings icon.

The Animation Settings dialog opens.
In the View Time Display section, turn on Display Time in View.
Set the style (font, location, color, size) and placement of the time and date display in the view.
In the Animation Preview dialog, click Play.
The schedule simulation preview runs displaying the time and date in the view.
